Normal Business Hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 5.00pm.
After hours and weekend inquiries are welcome, but may incur an additional charge. Payment of account is to be made upon departure we accept all major credit cards
- The Hirer is responsible for the payment of account.
- No food or beverages may be brought on to the premises.
- Please confirm your final numbers two days in advance.
- If your meeting is likely to run over time or you require additional time please let us know as soon as possible
Cancellation Policy is at the discretion of The Boardroom
- If cancelled with less than 48hrs notice - 100% of Room Hire
- If cancelled with between 5 and 2 working days notice 50% of Room Hire
